Device not found

Dear Western digital! I begin with: your software and your programmers and RU support is usless.
I bought my WD Mycloud EX2 Ultra in !!!june 2016!!! And today i cannton to connect to my device from network different to my device.
I try to type and call to wd support many times, and support can’t help me.
i try to connect device to different network and different internet provider with static or dynamic external ip adress.

What should be done to solve the problem? To write or call if you support the same can not solve the problem.
Now it is useless, non-functional device that works only on the local network.

Hello,

On the cloud access section, what is the status that i shows? Make sure you have ports 80 and 443 forwarded on your router, perhaps this is whats happening.

Device settings:
Network
Network profile- status internet access.
Network services- ipv4 static, ipv6 off
Network UPS - no changes
Windows Services- Workgroup-changed, local master browser on, max Smb protocol SMB2, share aggregation off, active directory off, lltd off
Remote server no changes
Port forwarding no changes.
General
Cloud Access - Cloud service ON, configure - manual http “Changed port 1”\ https “Changed port 2”, connection Status - CONNECTED
Port forwarding connection established.

result:
try to connect MyExternalIP:“changed port 1” - work
try to connect MyExternalIP:“changed port 2” - work

mobile phone: via wifi work (create\del folders, upload files), via mobile data work (create\del folders, upload files)
wd sync LAN: work (create\del folders, upload files)
mycloud.com : work (create\del folders,upload files)
