WD sync cannot find device

Hi my WD sync does not seem to find my device which is MBL 2TB, I have managed to get it setup on WD2go but the desktop sync is not finding the device. I have reset the remote connection still no joy please help

 The drive that you have is a My Book Live, correct? The reason that the software is not working with your device is that, this software only works on these devices at the moment:

  • My Cloud
  • My Cloud EX2100
  • My Cloud Mirror
  • My Cloud EX4100
  • My Cloud EX2
  • My Cloud DL2100
  • My Cloud EX4
  • My Cloud DL4100

 I do not know if there are future plans to add support, however you can make a suggestion about this on the ideas board:

i have MY Cloud Ex2 Ultra and also the same problem on WD sync on the desktop can’t find my device

I have same problem with same device I try 3 diferent computers 2 with windows 10 and one with windows 7. I can login using mycloud app in my mobile phone and in browser using mycloud.com. But I cant connect remote only on local Lan,
