Hello! i catch the bug:
I create some users and delete folder what automaticly created with his name, after this i download wd sync and install it. i try to connect with e-mail\password and try to login with local (store in wd mycloud) name\passowrd and catche “The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorizedun” i try go to files.mycloud.com and and this site also try to update unlimited time. after this i create folder with name same user name, and all works. I don’t wont ot store folder named as all user on MyCloud.
P.s. can not connect via web or wd sync while folder is off.

Hi, let me see if I understand, when you create a user in the dashboard, it creates a share for that particular user, if you remove the share the WD Sync doesn’t work correctly?
for example: i create user with name user5 and email example@test.com. He go to email, submit registration. After i create user, on my cloud storage system automaticly create folder (share) with name user5. if i delete this folder and try to connect with program Wd sync ( i can use example@test.com to login, system accept this and give list with avilable username) with login\password for user5 i catch 401 error. if i create deleted share with name user5 wd sync work correctly (i can log in with email and user5 log\pass).
also there is a problem with web acces if share\folder with name user5 (for user5 ))) was delete i login with example@test.com on files.mycloud.com/ and catch this:
this update will occur indefinitely until I will not create a directory with a user name linked to this e-mail (example@test.com -email user5-name)

Also i have a problem with free space. Why i see different free space in different place?

I would understand if the space was one in wd applications in windows and display other . But different applications of the WD represent different space . The issue of translation of bytes in the terabytes , you can not pick up , this is clear.
So, i test again this problem. WD sync and wd site dont workd if there are no directories with write access. And then opens a new problem: I have 3 way to change permission (read,write,closed). 1 way set up permission to user, 2 way set up to group, 3 way set up to share. Explicit connection in these ways is not. I set up premission to group (add user to group) and i can write file via windows explorer, but if i go to https://files.mycloud.com i saw what folders are read-only. Also i can’t sync this folder via wd sync.
it means that I need to go to each user and put it right . Why, then, need groups and right groups if you have to still go to each user and assign him the right ? why all the possible rights are interlinked ? Why look at the right site for the user , windows explorer on the right for the group , and even wd sync for some ?
Any answer?
