Synchronization in WD sync

Hi to all, I have a problem with my cloud ex2 ultera, when I try to chose folder for synchronization in WD sync I got The remote server returned error 401 Unauthorized. I have windows 10.

Have your tried a different computer on the same network to see if the same thing happens?

The installation of WD sync was wrong I made uninstall and install again, now it seem good.
