EX2's syncing

Hello I have been trying to get two of the EX2’s to sync and not having any luck.
I have one at my office and the other at my home. I would like them to backup/sync with eachother. Can someone point me in the right dirrection to accomplish this?

Thank you I have been there…

I have found that if I only select 1 folder to remote backup it starts to backup, when it reaches ~25% complete it fails.
If I select 2 folders I get an unknown error and RSYNC fail…
