I am getting an “Unable to connect to the remote server” error every time I try and set up my sync. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and reset my cable modem/router and I can’t figure out what could be causing this error. Any help would be great thanks in advance.
Did you face any error while accessing the My Cloud data from remote location using web app or mobile app?
Hello, I got the error on the desktop app but I think I figured it out I went into the dashboard and tinkered around with the app settings and it worked out for me
