Unable to see EX2 Ultra on WD Sync

I have recently installed a WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra which is sitting in my office. I can access the data on this NAS by logging into my MyCloud.com account on my mobile app on in browser. However I am unable to see this NAS on the WD Sync application on my laptop computer (Windows). I have logged into my MyCloud.com account with it but it continues to say no devices found no matter how many times I refresh.

I can confirm that Cloud access is: ON
Connection status is: Connected
Dashboard cloud access is: ON

Does this happen remotely as well as locally? Also try to turn off remote access then see if this helps.
