EX2 Ultra - WD Sync over internet not working! "No storage devices found"

Hi there!

I recently purchased a My Cloud EX2 Ultra NAS. The setup went great! Actually had everything working within half an hour.

Except one thing, WD Sync over the internet doesn’t find a storage device when I use the My Cloud login option. All other applictions work perfectly. That includes WD Cloud Desktop, WD Cloud Web and WD Cloud iOs app.

I already checked the router for UPnP settings, firewall settings and port forwarding. All is as it’s supposed to be!

Any help would be appreciated!
