WD Sync Not working

Hi Thank you for reading.

We have a MycloudEX2 Ultra Network drive with single shared folder (Public)

We have 6 Machines all Windows 8 logged in to it using “WD Sync” on and off just using it for Data files all have the same log in details then password.

I would expect it to behave as per a shared network drive … All can share copy paste edit the same files and I would expect some continuality at least .

In reality some sync , some don’t sync, some loose connection with the drive… At the moment this isn’t really working.

Can Anybody help at all
