Wd sync couldn't connect

Hello! I can connect to my device via http://www.mycloud.com/, via mobile phone, from this way i see all my data. i install wd sync to my pc in the LAN with my device and login with mycloud.com account. In the LAN everything works.
If i install wd sync on any pc with any OS (w7, w8, w10) not on the local network device i catche error “Накопители не найдены” - “Drives not found”, and i can’t connet to my device. Mobile phone app work in any way of connect (Wi-fi, mobile data 3g\4g). How i can conneсt to my device?

Network services- ipv4 static, ipv6 off
Network UPS - no changes
Windows Services- Workgroup-changed, local master browser on, max Smb protocol SMB2, share aggregation off, active directory off, lltd off
Remote server no changes
Port forwarding no changes.
General
Cloud Access - Cloud service ON, configure - manual http “Changed port 1”\ https “Changed port 2”, connection Status - CONNECTED
Port forwarding connection established.
