hello, i have no devices listed at WDMyCloud.com anymore. At one point I had 4 so i deleted them not knowing what device was current. Right now I have no remote access unless my iphone is on the Wifi network.

When you are on the local network, get an activation code. On the phone, use this activation code to get your device back.
yes I did this on all ipads and iphones but I still dont see a device listed at WDMyCloud.com
Try to create a new user on the NAS UI and have this user register on Wd2go.com for remote access.
