Hi to all,
I have installed MyCloud and everything works perfectly and I now want to map few “shares” as networks drives in my laptop.
I have managed to map one share which also more users have access on it.
And now I am trying to add as network drive my personal folder in My Cloud, which only I have access on it, but with no success.
I am getting always the same error Windows pop up message saying (attached also as an image):
The network folder specified is currently mapped using a different user name and password. To connect using a different user name and password, first disconnect any existing mappings to this network share.
Can anyone help and suggest any idea which will make the personal share folder in My Cloud to be mapped under my Computer?
So, in the end will have 2 shares mapped in my computer.
