Can't map a share, can't even enter a share

I have created a new user named A and automatically a share is created with the same name. I can’t enter to this folder (i write the correct network credentials) and for the same reason I cant map this folder as a drive. My device is My Cloud EX2 ULTRA. Could someone help please?

How are you trying to connect?

If it is a windows machine; likely the problem is with Windows Credential Manager. Windows doesn’t like accessing the same network device using multiple sets of credentials. (i.e. “Admin” and “A” have different credentials; the NAS is a single network device)
