Hi, I just bought this network drive ( 8TB UT0080JWT), downloaded the desktop app and accessed the web app page. I am sitting at my post after unplugging the device and removing one of the disks , still sliding documents in and out of the folders. Neither the web app nor the desktop app seems to realize there is only one disk functioning. Device has been operating for an hour and I still haven’t received an alert from either app. The web app is still displaying " your memories are safe and sound"
So obviously I’m missing something any help would be greatly appreciated
