Network Issue

Hi everyone, i have some problem with my cloud duo wounding if anyone can help.
The first issue i have i have set the device up according to the instructions but for some reason the back up schedule can’t find the device on the network, rather its pointing me to Dropbox.

Second issue is how can i have a partition on the drive, i want to be able to share the drive in half for my wife to have one half?

Can anyone help me please.

There is no “My Cloud Duo”. Do you have a My Cloud Home Duo? If so, see the dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Home Duo since that device is different than the My Cloud line of devices.
