I have a recurring issue with my WD My Cloud (single). I have 3 external devices hooked to it via a USB3 hub. On occassion, the LED on the front of the drive will start flashing blue repeated, followed by a red flash. As I understand this is some type of recovery mode. When this happens I can’t access the admin UI page or any of the storage. I unplug the USB drives and let it finish its “recovery” which takes about 10 minutes then I’m able to replug my USB drives in. This happens almost weekly at this point. Firmware is the latest. Any thoughts?
