WD, Will my FAN EVER start spinning? :((

My fan never started since i got the EX2. Just out of curiosity, what temperature do you have on the disks ?

HDD

1# 64 °C

2# 62 °C

I am very happy when the hard drives goes to sleep, only if I killed the wdmcserverd and wdphotodbmergerd processes ofc, then the NAS will go to sleep.

I must have missed where you can find the current HDD temps, I only have seen where is says temp is normal. 

Where can I find the HDD temps?

there is a box Diagnostics, right above Firmware. Click on the arrow

It’s disgusting that folks have posted, contact customer server, since mid last year., but WD has done absolutly nothing to address the requests.  They don’t even have the courtesy to respond here.
