My box keeps freezeing when I am watching Netflix. Software is up todate. If I unplug the unit and plug it back in it will resume from where it hung. This has just started about a monrh a go. Is there a fix for this?

I followed the instructions to back level the firmware and I can not do it as I do not have an icon called NEW FIRMWARE. The only Icon I have is to check for any updates. When I click on it it says I am up to date. I can not find a way to down level the firmware? Any suggestions?

Thank you for your help. It fixed my problem. You would think that WD would come out with a new release of fireware to resolve the problem.
