I recently bought the WD MyCloud Mirror and was absolutely thrilled that everything worked out just fine. In contrast to other posts it wasn’t after the first installation that syncing didn’t work – it worked just fine for a couple of days and I used it especially for work documents I needed to access from a Mac and a PC. Then, all of a sudden, it stopped working. I didn’t change anything, I didn’t do anything at all. I just woke up one morning to find that the latest documents hadn’t been synced while WD Sync told me it was up to date.
Since then, I’ve tried rebooting the Cloud, deleting and re-adding the concerned folders to the sync process, nothing helped.
I would be really glad if somebody could help me with this as I really need to be able to rely on the work document’s availability on all devices!
