Hi, a new here and not very tech orientated so please excuse the silly questions!!
I have just purchased a 3TB MyCloud. I set it up, downloaded WD Sync on my iMac, approved the suggested folders (initially) to be synced and let it run. Was taking a long time but this isn’t my concern. I seem to have an issue with the sync itself. I have several folders under the pictures folders - it would appear some have synced, some have created the top line folder name but no photos underneath this? I don’t know if this is still a timing issue but several folders synced this morning, and since then nothing new appears to have happened???
When I look in FINDER I can see the connection with MyCloud, I can see the WD SYNC files and the sub folders but not are completed or filled yet?
If I go on the WD symbol on the top menu, I can see constantly that it is scanning but I cannot see it transferring any further folders?
please help as this is driving me insane
