I’m getting countless notifications that files of all sorts are “Unable to Sync”. I’m getting these notifications on multiple computers each with their own account but using the same My Cloud device. The files range from Excel, Word, PDF to Pictures in various formats. I’ve tried starting over (uninstalling and then re-installing) with WD Sync but still no luck. Of the 4 computers I have only 1 has completed a full sync. I don’t know what to try next other than sending the device back.
Has this issue been solved? The same thing is happening here and I cannot figure out what is going on: I keep getting “unable to sync messages” on files. The mycloud tries again a few minutes later and the same file that did not sync suddenly syncs fine… Though I have 1TB to sync and it has achieved only 6 in 24h… I am seriously considering returning it…
