WD Sync not synching anymore

Hi,

I have a My Cloud Ex 2, and I had installed WD Sync to sychronize some specific folders from my laptop to my My Cloud Ex 2.

I just realized that WD Sync seems to have stopped to work for some time now, as the latest version of the synchronized folders are from March 2016 on my MyCloud (whereas I have of course modified them since many times on my PC).

Any idea how to force this synchronization again?

Hi there,

If you go to the tray icon , do you see any message stating any error on the sync, this might help you out verifying that the software is working properly.
