Hi , I have just figured out why Smartware is not backing up some of my folders, but cant work out how to fix it.
I have 2 users on my Windows 10 PC, public and mine. Public is backing up fine. The subfolders in my user have stopped sometime this year. Smartware does not allow me to select this user or any of its subfolder (although the option is not greyed out). I also think that something has caused these folders to be de-selected as I have not done this manually. So for sometime everything was working fine, but something has changed . Ant ideas please
