WD Ex2 not able to select files in smartwares

I had backed up my data using EX2 but now I deleted the user my mistake. I created user again in dashboard and deleted backup from the EX2 drive. When I am trying to select folder to be copied for backup (continuous backup) using smartwares, I am not able to select the folders.
What am I doing wrong

Hi there,

If you select a different folder to backup does the same thing happen?

I can select other folders and it works fine. But I am not able to select the former which I had originally selected before.
