WD my cloud Stopped Backing up Via Smartware

Hi, last few days, my backup of certain folders/files to my Mycloud ,setup in WD Smartware is failing, its coming back with “Access is denied” for any new files that have been added to the folders being monitored . As far as I know all software and firmware is upto date. Does anyone here have any suggestions ?

Is the drive full, perhaps?
