WD MyCloud Ex2 Ultra 6To RAID access issue

Hi to all community members,

I currently encounter issue with my WD MyCloud Ex2 Ultra NAS.
The NAS is visible on the network but very slow on access. The ping to device is OK.
Connection to the admin panel from device’s ip is impossible (browser run into an infinite load and the admin login page never displays).
To exit from this situation, I need to unplugged device from sector.
After reboot, device is fastly and admin panel is accessible again.
Could someone help me please ?

My WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra is visible on the network and responds to ping, but access is very slow. I also can’t open the admin panel from the IP address—the page just keeps loading and never shows the login screen. The only way to fix it is to unplug the device and restart it. After reboot, it works normally again for some time, but then the same issue comes back. Has anyone seen this before or knows what could be causing it?
