Hi to all community members,
I currently encounter issue with my WD MyCloud Ex2 Ultra NAS.
The NAS is visible on the network but very slow on access. The ping to device is OK.
Connection to the admin panel from device’s ip is impossible (browser run into an infinite load and the admin login page never displays).
To exit from this situation, I need to unplugged device from sector.
After reboot, device is fastly and admin panel is accessible again.
Could someone help me please ?
