WD MyCloud EX 2 Ultra is nearly always offline

Hi there,

I´am using a “WD MyCloud EX 2 Ultra” NAS. Nearly every time i want to access my files, its offline.
Then I´am trying to access to the configuration page, but it doesn´t load anymore.

The next step is that i restart it while i put off the power plug an put it in after in seconds. Then the NAS is online for a while, and then the problem starts from the beginning.

I would be very pround, to hear some tips of you.
