WD MyCloud Android APP Cannot Access File Error

Hi,

I’m trying to access my files with android application but it gives the error like below for almost all files. I can access my files from my computer easily.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

What device are you using and Operating System? Are you using the My Cloud Mobile app?

My cell phone is a Samsung Galaxy S6 (Version 5.0.2). I use the Mobile app and have no problems.

Same EXACT problem here. Everything accessible from PC. On android phone, no thumbnail in gallery and shows image above when trying to view photos.
Same on WiFi as 4glte.
