i have an issue with my samsung s4 mini when i use the app my cloud (andoird), cant access my photos. error message cant access the file ( photos). no issue when i use my iphone. any ideas???

You could try removing the application and set it up using a code from the dashboard. Does the same happen with the WD My Cloud?
