Hi all
it is no longer possible to upload (automatic) my Fotos from my Smartphone (Android) to WD Private Share. I receive the message : SD Card for saving is needed. Please disconnect Phone from Computer for using My Cloud
I reinstalled and configured the app without success…
Can u help please …?

Hello Hjuker,
You can toggle the Cloud Access to OFF then ON again from dashboard. Reboot My Cloud to initialize with network configuration and then check for the same issue.
