Wd my cloud app not working on andriod 4.4.2

Hi,

I have samsung galaxy tab 4 with andriod 4.4.2.

I downloaded from the play store the wd my cloud app.

It begins to load with a splash screen then display goes blank and thus I have to force app to close using task manager.

I reinstalled the app but no joy.

Any help would be much appriciated.

Hello,

On you phone go to “settings” then “app”, look for the WD My Cloud app and the click on “clear Data” And “clear cache” buttons.
