WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra

Hi, my name is sza,

We have WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra attached in the office for couple years, and just a couple weeks ago found out the power LED turned red (not blinking) until now.

Here are some question I wanted to ask to rhe community :

  1. What makes the power LED turned to solid red and how to fix it?

  2. Is there any information related to WD service center, do we need to take the WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra there?
