Disk access with solid red light

HI,

I have a my cloud ex2 ultra. The disk has a solid red light but I can’t access the data on the disk. In this way how can I access disk data with solid red light?

A Solid Blinking Red Power or Hard Drive LED on a My Cloud can be caused by many factors.
The LED will remain Red until the source of the issue is corrected.
