My cloud Red light and how to access file

Hi

Is there a way to access my files and download them to a new hard drive as I currently have red solid light for some time on my my cloud and can’t get it to turn blue again.

Not sure where to begin I have my cloud hub and need to get my file transferred to another Wd 2t external hard drive.

Any help appreciated or is there a number to speak to support ?
