Red solid light

The front light is red solid and I cannot access it.

I have rebooted the drive, and tried to reset, but nothing happened.

The Ethernet cable has 2 green solid lights on the back of the Mycloud drive, and no light on the correspondent router port which is strange.

What should I do ? Three days ago I have accessed the drive… and it was working fine…

You could use the Search Function (Magnifying Glass in the upper right corner) and search for “mycloud Red Light” and find many posts about this issue.

I did it, but they all imply I can access the cloud drive, which is not the case. one said to disconnect, and reconnect the next day…

How can I connect directly to the PC ? Usb drive, would I be able to access it ?
