My cloud solid red light

Hi, i moved into new apartment and after setting my WIFI i tried setting up mycloud but i am getting solid red light and unable to access the dashboard and even after hard reset 40 sec , the red light is not solving. Please help

I tried everything to get rid of the red solid light. I can’t even make changes on my dashboard. I guess Western Digital wants me to buy a new external hard drive. I will save my files on dvd and cd and unplug this mycloud mirror and store it awayyyy.
