I have an Ultra EX2 that has solid blue lights for the hard drives but a solid red light next to the power symbol. The EX2 is connected to my router via an ethernet cable I have verified works without issues.
There is a page with a table explaining what the solid red light means (read below) but I do not know where to find the code. I can use my EX2 locally but when I try to sign it into my cloud account it times out.
I converted the drives to JSOD in December and used it for about 20 minutes before this issue happened. I wasn’t able to hardwire the internet connection until now so I assumed that was the issue, which is wrong.
I am running OS5, software 5.28.105 which is the latest update.
Is there a way to read what this red error LED is? I can’t seem to find any way to diagnose it other than seeing that I’m having this connection issue. My router has the correct open ports and they test fine.
The local dashboard also has “cloud access - Connected” but it won’t let me sign into my Cloud account.
Found that Firefox is not supported, when I switched to Chrome it allowed me to enable cloud access. My EX2 appears to be working okay now, but it still has a red LED by the power symbol. No way to diagnose what this means.
