WD My Cloud Enter Credentials

Hi,

When trying to access the folder on my network drive where WD Sync automatically backs up my files i get asked for my ‘Network Credentials’.

I have had a quick google about this issue and tried several different solutions all to no avail.

It’s very frustrating as i want to see what/if my files are being backed up.

Any help very gratefully appreciated,

Hello,

Did you set the app to sync the files to a private share?

Is it awful to say I’m not sure! If I could set it up so that it wasn’t private or needed these passwords that would be great.
