WD Hard Drive Status Good But Red LED and Not Usable

I have had a MyCloud EX2 Ultra for 3 years and recently bought a 2nd WD Red HDD to add to it (WD40EFRX NASware 3.0). When I insert the drive into the EX2 Ultra, I get a red LED light, but on the dashboard in the Storage section it shows up as the drive is status ‘Good’ (see screenshot), but it not usable for storage.

I have taken the hard drive out, attached it directly to my PC and formatted it and the drive works fine. However, when I put it back into the EX2 Ultra I get the same Red LED light and drive not usable. I can’t format the drive through the dashboard because it doesn’t show up in the options , or set it to be used. I’ve run the Quick and Full Scan, and no luck. Does anyone have any idea how I can get the drive working? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your reply. On the RAID section it only shows my original hard drive? My new drive doesn’t appear?
