Hello, i just bought brand new Mycloud EX2 and brand new WD red 3Tb hard drive but i cant get it work.

Mycloud EX2 device shows red hdd light, doesnt matter which one of those 2 slot i insert the drive.

My dashboard it says that the disk is healty and all fine, allthought up where is the bell icon it says volume failure. Cant go inside my hard drive with my computer to add anything, says connection failure. I have done hard reset but no help, any idea?

I did find a solution, i changed the raid mode to JBOD what was the only option. Now i have new question. If i want to add second hdd in somewhere in future and use raid1 to back up my hdd what is now inside, is it possible without erasing both of drives or what is the best way?
