Hello, i just bought brand new Mycloud EX2 and brand new WD red 3Tb hard drive but i cant get it work.
Mycloud EX2 device shows red hdd light, doesnt matter which one of those 2 slot i insert the drive.
My dashboard it says that the disk is healty and all fine, allthought up where is the bell icon it says volume failure. Cant go inside my hard drive with my computer to add anything, says connection failure. I have done hard reset but no help, any idea?
