My Cloud EX2 HD Replacement fails

My old My Cloud ex2 hard drives failed so I bought 2 WD Red 6TB Hard drives. As soon as I inserted them I heard to much noise and both hard disks pilot lamps are red. I tried to use them in another My Cloud case, getting the same thing and can’t access its interface.
I returned the 2 HDs and got another 2x6TB …
As I inserted them, gain too much noise and The lights still red, and the login interface saying:
Power was lost from the system. Performing file system consistency check. Please wait.

Any idea what’s happening here?!?!!??!
Can it be the 4 HDD are factory damaged?!?!??!?!

Please Help!!!
