Hello, so for some time I have a red led on the HDD 2 port, going to diagnosis I see states drive: error

However it works perfectly well
How to solve this problem without deleting the data, can be a repair of damaged partition or other?

Hardware : MyCloud EX2

What RAID configuration have you set-up on your EX2? From what you’ve described it seems like the drive on that port has failed and you need to replace it.

It is a hard disk 3.5 of 2 TO SEAGATE
it all recent, it shows me in the state of health that it is: bad

I use it as a file storage.

I do not understand, because it as new can be necessary to pass it in repair dés partition or other.
