here is my problem, any time am streaming for about 4 to 5 minutes my ex4 cloud disconnect, all my connections are wire no wireless, i have reset to factory defaults twice, change ethernet port… no luck still the same, am very new to all this please i need support.

Does this happen using your NAS’s Media Server, or does it happen using direct network shares? Do you have the same issue when playing the same files using the same playback method in devices other than your WD TV?
