Volume not showing outside app

I’m having a strange problem. About a week ago one of my drives stopped appearing on both the backend and over the network. It’s strange because it continues to be accessible through the mycloud app and discoverable when searching for files through Plex. Any idea what might be causing this? I’ve done several reboots and have taken the drive out and made sure it’s connection is clean. It’s a WD NAS 4TB drive.

The missing volume is Files_HD2 which you can see is visible on the mycloud app.
