Files have disappeared but folders remain

Hi there

I recently purchased a PR4100 and set it up in JBOD mode to get started. I’ve spent days transferring files from various sources over to the new drives (1 x 6TB and 3 x 2TB). I noted last night that Plex seemed to not be pulling through some of the files, and on investigating discovered that although all the folders are there, most of the files have disappeared from one of the 2TB drives. This seems very strange - Ive done a rescan and a rebuild on the NAS but nothing…

Any suggestions would be appreciated - the drive previously contained 1.75TB of data and now has 252GB - no idea why only some of the files would disappear?
