PR4100 - NAS via USB Folder Folders missing

OK, I updated to new OS 5 and I have an external NAS with 12 TB of storage using 4.7 TB

Well transferred a lot of my movies prior to update but now they can’t be seen on my NAS

When I Info my NAS, says 4.7 TB used, yet when I check all the folders there is only 2.5 TB used, yet I have a folder called Movies and it is empty where it once had 2.2 TB of movies

I need to get my access back and hope is an easy fix

Please HELP

OK, removed NAS from my PR4100 and attached to my Laptop and I can see the folders

But still don’t understand why PR4100 does not see them, does see some folders but not all of them

I checked security but is the same

Got same issue, rolled back to
5.08.115 that fixed it

5.08.115 is the last firmware available to me, I will try to rollback to previous

OK, how do I find older Firmware WDMyCloudPR4100_5.07.118_prod
Was the previous firmware but can’t seem to find it on any download page, also once I find it, how do I rollback to it, do I just do a manual Firmware update

OK I believe you probably meant to say roll back to version 5.06.115 as this worked for me

Sorry it was that firmware i rolled back too, did find older firmware under announcement page
