Video tries to play in wrong format

video on my desktop plays in the right format, I use daum player
on the laptop it tries to play the same video in windows media player and it does not work…
I’m lost

It just says on it…WD MY CLOUD

being the moron I am…the issue was NOT with wd cloud…the setting saw set to use wmp…duh
