Video Playing Issue

Hey guys,

I recently ran into an issue with my cloud, on video files the video will freeze anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes in, and it shows on the time bar that it is still playing but I do not see video movement or hear any sound as well.

It is only happening on certain files, others will play perfectly, some will not. The issue happens on my WD TV when it accesses my cloud, as well as my computer when I just click on the file to play.

I have not tried any troubleshooting yet, I am hoping it could be as simple as a firmware update or me resetting my cloud. Any help or advice is appreciate it!

Hi ujvary16, welcome to the WD Community. Can you share more information on how you have the My Cloud connected? Are you accessing the My Cloud through a wireless router?
