Where can I found my username?
What User Name do you need. Are you just setting up your WD My Cloud?

You are trying to access the Dashboard (control UI) of the MyCloud.
The username and password are the ones you created when you set up the MyCloud. They are for the administrator user (the person who set up the MyCloud).
If you have forgotten the password, do a 4-second reset, which will clear the password. See p90 of the WD MyCloud OS3 User Manual. You can then set a new password using the Dashboard.
If you have forgotten both username and password, do a 40-second reset, which will reset the adminstrator user back to ‘admin’, and clear the password. Again, see p90 of the user manual.
