I have forgotten my MyCloud username and password can anyone please help?

Hi All
Can anyone please help? I have forgotten my WDMyCloud username and password and do not know how to retrieve it I also wish to view the files on my WdMyCloud but I have forgotten how to view them
I am able to view my WdMyCloud dashboard in a browser window and view my devices status eg: Home Users Shares Cloud access Safepoints etc and I can also see my WdMyCloud device in my Mac finder window but clicking on the icon to view files takes an age and normally times out.

Any help would be freatly appreciated.
